Mens Soccer Defends Home With Two Big Wins

The Cougar Men's Soccer Club imroved to four wins for the season by beating Gonzaga University and Eastern Washington University at home. The Cougars lost their first game against Gonzage earlier this season but it was a different story at home and shut them out 2-0. Cougar fans cheered on as Marty Klingebeil scored twice to bring his tally to seven goals in the three games.
Marty added another goal against Eastern Washington University on Sunday as the cougars pounded on EWU 9-4. The Cougars scored 16 goals in two games against EWU.
The Cougars can clinch a number one seed on Sunday, October 19th, when they face Central Washington University at 3:15pm in WSU's South Fairway Field. The Cougars will need all the fan support they can get as they face a tough CWU team.
